Experts say that stress may be the number one problem to deal with in the fast-paced times that we live in. It is something that all of us face whether young or old. Stress from careers, deadlines, conflicts, and the demands on our time and money can take a huge toll on our health. Much the same way a chain tends to break at its weakest link, our bodies exhibit stress in the weakest areas of our bodies. It can be anything from an upset stomach to recurring headaches, back pain or muscle stiffness. We need real solutions to deal with this ever-present problem that continually and increasingly affects us.

Dr. Minico addresses stress head on and gives solid solutions for coping with it.

This community service is conducted in a variety of places and events. The posture analysis is a simple procedure of measuring the individual's posture on a posture meter which is used for the detection of possible spinal misalignments as well as structural defects to determine causes, if any, of possible health problems. There is nothing done that involves dangers or risks and there is no charge or obligation to any interested persons for the posture analysis. There is also literature provided for interested individuals with postural-related health problems. Dr. Minico brings education to the public to make it easy for individuals to find out what can be done to improve their health.
